Our chef David Goldbronn, who earned his spurs at France's celebrity chef Joël Robuchon and star chef Peter Knogl, creates a sophisticated bridge between a traditional brasserie and haute cuisine. Since 2017, David Goldbronn's kitchen has been awarded a Bib Gourmand by Michelin Guide.

The mural by decorative artist, Isabelle de la Tullaye, shows a panoramic view of Paris and, together with the French staff, complements the special brasserie experience.
